CHESS organized the RESOLVE Alignment Workshop at the Football Association of Vojvodina facilities, with support from the project partner Association Sport for All Vojvodina. The workshop was attended by representatives of football clubs, coaches, referees, sport scientists, and sport psychologists, who engaged in an interactive discussion and exchanged opinions, experiences, and recommendations regarding the challenges encountered in everyday sports practice, particularly in the context of conflict prevention, the promotion of fair play, and the improvement of communication among stakeholders in sport. The main objective of the RESOLVE project is the prevention and reduction of football-related violence, as well as the suppression of discrimination and racism through the promotion of inclusive approaches to conflict resolution, educational activities, and the implementation of digital solutions that contribute to the development of a safer, more tolerant, and socially responsible football culture.
